What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card with Stripe and PayPal.  Prices are in Australian (AUD) dollars and may be subject to changes without notice.  

Will you keep details of my credit card or bank account?
We do not collect or retain any credit card numbers or financial information as all payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. Please refer to Stripe and PayPal’s privacy policy for further information.

Where is your business based?
Our business is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We post with Australia Post and DHL. From time to time Australia Post and DHL may be inundated with deliveries and it may take longer than usual standard delivery times stated by Australia Post and DHL which we cannot control.


Standard delivery time-frames within Australia are between 3-10 business days from when our order is processed. If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 7-21 working days from the shipping notification email.


Please allow around 3-21 business days for standard international shipping from when your order is processed. Please note, delays due to parcel being held in customs is out of our control and estimated delivery will go beyond the above stated times.


All delivery times are estimated. Please email us if you feel that your parcel has taken longer than estimated time frames and we will try to track the location of your parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up until the time before your order has begun being processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@frankieandfrenchie.com.au. We will send an email confirming the order cancellation. Once your order has been processed, unfortunately you are unable to cancel the order.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with your Frankie & Frenchie order, please email us at hello@frankieandfrenchie.com.au with your order number and contact details so we can help resolve the issue.

How accurate are the pictures of your products on your website?
We try our best to make sure the images are as close as possible to the actual product.
Colours may vary depending on your computer or mobile device.

 

Product Care 
All our materials and printing methods have been chosen with care and consideration to the environment.  

 

All products are hand printed and therefore is likely to have minor imperfections with the printed pattern and design.  The imperfections adds to the uniqueness of the product.  

 

Our bedding duvets & fitted sheets are made from 100% organic cotton with no chemical added.  This may cause the fabric to shrink in the wash and wrinkle slightly more then other cottons.  Our cushion covers are 100% cotton with eco-friendly prints.

 

We recommend washing on gentle cycle under 30 degrees celcius water with similar colours, tumble dry on low delicate or preferably line dry in shade. Warm iron and iron on reverse side for cushion covers.  Please do not soak, bleach, wring, or dry clean any of our products. Spot cleaning is recommended for stains. Always do a test patch before attempting to clean stains.
